  • Such an informative class! We had Maya as our teacher/midwife. She was incredible, so patient with all the questions we threw at her. The presentation was engaging and Maya made sure that the information was simple to understand and broke it down to even simpler terms when needed. It is a long class but there were plenty of things around to make sure all the mamas were comfortable - exercise balls, mats, cool water and snacks. Prior to attending the class I was quite worried about attempting a natural birth but Maya really broke down all the stages of the labour process and was so reassuring that my worries have settled. It was also really nice getting to know other parents to be and knowing that we all had similar concerns and feelings about this new journey we will be partaking. I definitely recommend this class to all new parents to be.
